Overview
A complete redesign of a retail banking app focused on clarity, accessibility, and trust — used daily by hundreds of thousands of customers across multiple regions.
The Challenge
The previous app scored poorly on accessibility audits, had inconsistent navigation patterns, and required 6+ taps for common tasks like transfers.
The Solution
I led the UI engineering effort to ship a token-driven component library, redesigned core flows around 2-tap actions, and instrumented the entire app for accessibility (WCAG AA) and analytics.
