inDrive — Global Product Landing
A high-performance marketing site for a unicorn ride-hailing platform

Overview
inDrive operates in 700+ cities across 47 countries and has crossed a billion rides. Their core idea — let passengers and drivers negotiate the fare directly — is genuinely different from every other ride-hailing product. Our job was to build a landing page that explained this difference clearly, loaded fast everywhere in the world, and drove app downloads at scale.
The Challenge
The previous landing page was slow on mobile networks — a real problem when a huge portion of inDrive's users are in markets where 4G is fast but expensive. The page also failed to explain the negotiate-your-price concept intuitively, leading to high bounce rates from paid campaigns.
The Solution
We built a performance-first landing with a sub-1s LCP on mobile, using Next.js static generation and aggressive image optimization. The hero section was redesigned around an animated 'how it works' flow that makes the negotiation mechanic instantly obvious. The i18n architecture makes adding a new market language take hours, not weeks.
