Delimobil — Carsharing Web Platform
Fast, smooth web experience for Russia's largest carsharing service

Overview
Delimobil is one of Russia's top carsharing services — millions of rides, hundreds of thousands of active users, cars across dozens of cities. When the web platform started showing its age, we rebuilt the critical user-facing flows from the ground up, making the web experience as slick as the native app.
The Challenge
The existing web interface was built in layers over several years by different teams, and it showed. Booking flows were fragmented across multiple pages, loading states were janky, and the mobile web experience was a second-class citizen. Users were dropping off before completing bookings, and the team knew why — the web just wasn't good enough.
The Solution
We rebuilt the core booking flow as a single cohesive experience: map-first car discovery, instant availability updates, a streamlined one-screen checkout. We rebuilt everything mobile-first, treating the mobile web as the primary target. Performance budgets were enforced from day one.
